In the summer of 1999 I decided to take a little break from work and do a little bit of travelling down south. I decided that Mexico was the place I wanted to go when I was offered acceptance for the summer term, in an exchange program to ITESM, Guadalajara. So on June 7th, 1999 me and Christy, a colleague from school embarked on a 2 month journey in the land of the Rising Sun. In the next few pages I tried to summarize this experience by sharing two of the most memorable trips I took while there. For the purpose of this webpage I'll refer to them as trips A and B.This is how the itineraries go: Trip A: Guadalajara, Manzatlan, Tepic, San Blas, Sayulita, Bucerias, Puerto Vallarta, Mismaloya, Barra de Navidad, Manzanillo, Zihuantanejo, Ixtapa and ending in Mexico City Trip B: Guadalajara , Lago Ciapala, Mexico City, Theotijuacan ruins. Throughout the following pages I also included a series of maps, pictures, and various information about these cities and towns, hoping to make the flow more visual. So here we go...
